Weight Loss Training and Fitness Kickboxing

Maintaining an active lifestyle is critical to keeping your weight down. This is especially true if you’ve just given birth, been inactive for some time, or have recently recovered from an injury. My fitness training program helps you get your metabolic rate back up so you can shed those extra pounds faster.

One of the most effective ways to enhance your cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance at the same time is kickboxing. Apart from safely jumpstarting your metabolism, this training also improves your conditioning and ability to defend yourself. I’ll be happy to get you started.

Barre Training

German Dancer Lotte Berk injured her back and required rehabilitative therapy, so she combined therapy with ballet poses to move as much as she used to. Thus, barre was born: the exercise that looks like ballet but isn’t. No dance or ballet experience is necessary, and it can be a full-body workout.

The small and controlled isometric moves tone your muscles without putting pressure on your joints and tendons. The modifications for this workout training are numerous and fit any individual. Barre is a great way to get toned, improve your flexibility and core, and lose weight and inches. It’s also an excellent workout for those who have or are recovering from chronic injuries.
